Ingredients
- 2 tb ginger
- garlic
- 2 carrots
- 1 leek
- 3/4 c white wine
- 1/2 c clam juice
- 2 salmon fillets
Method
- 1. brush salmon with sesame oil, s&p
- 2. sear on high heat,transfer to foil
- 3. add 1 tb butter, cook veggies, transfer to foil
- 4. reduce wine and juice to glaze
- 5. pour glaze over salmon and ve
