- 5 to 6 chicken breasts, cooked, boned and diced (save some broth)
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 4 chopped celery stalks
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- salt and pepper (dashes)
- 1 lb. spaghetti, cooked
Method
- Saute onion and celery in margarine until tender.
- Add remaining ingredients (except spaghetti).
- Cook over low heat until sauce is smooth and cheese is melted.
- Add spaghetti and a little more broth.
- Pour mixture into 2 medium casserole dishes. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
