Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 chicken breasts, cooked, boned and diced (save some broth)
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 4 chopped celery stalks
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • salt and pepper (dashes)
  • 1 lb. spaghetti, cooked

Method

  • Saute onion and celery in margarine until tender.
  • Add remaining ingredients (except spaghetti).
  • Cook over low heat until sauce is smooth and cheese is melted.
  • Add spaghetti and a little more broth.
  • Pour mixture into 2 medium casserole dishes. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
