Ingredients
- 1 (3 to 4 lb.) chicken
- 1 pkg. (6 to 8 oz.) spaghetti
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 to 1 lb. cheese, grated
- 2 cans mushroom soup
Method
- Cook chicken until tender.
- Cool and remove meat from bones. Cook spaghetti until tender.
- In skillet, melt butter and saute onion until tender.
- Add mushroom soup and about 1 cup of broth off chicken.
- In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer spaghetti, chicken, cheese and sauce.
- Top with more cheese and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
