Ingredients

  • 1 (3 to 4 lb.) chicken
  • 1 pkg. (6 to 8 oz.) spaghetti
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 to 1 lb. cheese, grated
  • 2 cans mushroom soup

Method

  • Cook chicken until tender.
  • Cool and remove meat from bones. Cook spaghetti until tender.
  • In skillet, melt butter and saute onion until tender.
  • Add mushroom soup and about 1 cup of broth off chicken.
  • In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer spaghetti, chicken, cheese and sauce.
  • Top with more cheese and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
