Ingredients

  • 3 med. chicken breasts, split, skinned & boned
  • 1/4 c. tamari or possibly teriyaki sauce
  • 3 tbsp. dry white wine
  • 2 tbsp. veg. oil
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger root
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion pwdr
  • Dash of pepper

Method

  • Cut chicken into strips 1 1/4" wide x 1/4" thick.
  • Combine remaining ingredients.
  • Pour over chicken.
  • Cover; refrigerateat least 2 to 3 hrs.
  • I cook 1 hour and then add in sliced zucchini, small onions, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and cook 2 more hrs.
  • Put on skewers.
  • Cook over warm coals till browned.
  • Serve with rice.
