Ingredients
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 lb. Chinese pea pods (1 c.)
- 1 (10 oz.) can chunk light chicken, drained
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds, toasted
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 c. coleslaw mix
Method
- Remove strings from pea pods and cut diagonally in half.
- Mix oil, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce in large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.
