Ingredients
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 c. diced leftover chicken, ham, beef or pork
- 1/2 medium green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Method
- Saute garlic in oil in skillet until lightly browned.
- Add meat, pepper, red pepper or green pepper and water.
- Bring to a boil over high heat.
- Stir in rice.
- Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
