Ingredients
- 3 lb. chicken, cooked and and cut in pieces
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 1/2 c. chopped carrots
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. wild rice
- 1 stick oleo
- 4 c. chicken broth
Method
- Saute onion and celery in oleo.
- Add carrots and broth. Add chicken
- and
- rice.
- Simmer
- 20 minutes.
- Place in baking dish in 350° oven for about 30 minutes.
