Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. rice, uncooked
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup
- salt and pepper
- 1 cut up chicken
Method
- Line a 9 x 13-inch cake pan with foil.
- Put rice in bottom with 1 cup milk.
- Lay on chicken pieces.
- (I use 6 to 8 chicken breasts instead of whole chicken.)
- Sprinkle seasonings and onion soup on top.
- Pour soup and 1 cup milk (mixed) over chicken. Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350° for 2 hours.
