Ingredients

  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz. pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, softened
  • 1/4 to 1/2 onion, chopped and some grated with juice
  • garlic powder to taste
  • chili powder to taste
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Tabasco sauce
  • pecans, chopped (optional)

Method

  • In bowl, mix together cream cheese and Cheddar cheese.
  • Add a little grated onion with juice and the rest should be finely chopped.
  • Season to taste with garlic and chili powder.
  • Add 3 or 4 dashes of Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce to taste.
  • Roll into ball or log shape.
  • May be rolled in finely chopped pecans.
