Ingredients
- 6 slices uncooked bacon
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 cut-up fryer or 4 skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. water
- garlic salt, paprika, nutmeg and parsley to taste
Method
- Spray a 10 x 13-inch casserole and place 6
- slices bacon on bottom to cover.
- Pour rice evenly over bacon.
- Place chicken over rice and sprinkle with spices.
- Mix soup and water and spread over chicken to cover.
- Top with heavy foil and place in 350° oven. Bake 2 hours.
