Ingredients

  • 3 medium chicken breasts, boiled and deboned
  • 1 medium box converted rice
  • 1 bag or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 pkg. Rice's cheese soup or Campbell's Cheddar soup
  • 1 to 2 c. water
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)

Method

  • Cook chicken and rice.
  • Place in large casserole dish.
  • Add uncooked frozen broccoli.
  • Pour cheese soup into a saucepan and add 1 to 2 cups water (you still need it thick).
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, covered, and then 15 minutes uncovered.
  • Top with grated cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
