Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of celery soup or 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 2 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned and deboned
  • 2 c. thinly sliced vegetables (celery, green pepper, sweet red pepper or green onions)

Method

  • In skillet, blend first 3 ingredients.
  • Stir in chicken and vegetables.
  • Over medium heat, heat to boiling and reduce heat to low.
  • Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until chicken is tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve over hot cooked rice.
  • This is quick and very good.
