Ingredients
- 1 can cream of celery soup or 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 2 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned and deboned
- 2 c. thinly sliced vegetables (celery, green pepper, sweet red pepper or green onions)
Method
- In skillet, blend first 3 ingredients.
- Stir in chicken and vegetables.
- Over medium heat, heat to boiling and reduce heat to low.
- Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until chicken is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Serve over hot cooked rice.
- This is quick and very good.
