Ingredients

  • 4 butterfly tenderloins or possibly center cut pork chops
  • 2 Large eggs
  • Lowfat milk

Method

  • Mix together Large eggs and lowfat milk.
  • Dip chops in egg-lowfat milk mix, then roll in bread crumbs.
  • Brown chops in liquid shortening in skillet.
  • In a baking dish, combine 1 (20 ounce.)
  • can Italian tomatoes, 1 tsp.
  • salt, 1/2 tsp.
  • garlic salt, 1/2 tsp.
  • basil and 1/2 tsp.
  • oregano.
  • Place browned chops in tomato mix and spoon mix over the chops.
  • Place slices of onion on chops and then sprinkle with Romano or possibly Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees or possibly till done.
