Ingredients
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/4 c. onions
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 2/3 c. milk
- 2 c. cooked, diced chicken
- 1 c. peas (half cooked)
- 1 c. cooked carrots
- 1 c. chopped potatoes (half cooked)
Method
- Heat oven to 425°.
- In saucepan, melt butter.
- Blend in flour, onions, salt and pepper.
- Cook until mixture is bubbly.
- Stir in chicken broth and milk.
- Heat to boiling and boil for 1 minute. Stir in chicken, peas, carrots and potatoes; set aside.
