Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans broth
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 stick margarine
Method
- Boil chicken; save 2 cans broth.
- Debone chicken.
- Mix together 2 cans of broth with soup.
- Pour into bottom of casserole dish.
- Add chicken, pulled apart into bite size bits.
- Mix together the flour, salt, pepper, buttermilk and margarine; pour over top of chicken in casserole.
- (This will form its own crust and top.)
- Bake at 425° for 30 minutes.
