Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- shredded ginger to taste
- dried red chillies to taste
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/2 green chilli, chopped
- 1 pkg. chicken thighs or legs (skinless), chopped in half
- 2 pkg. frozen spinach
- salt to taste
Method
- Brown first seven ingredients in 3 tablespoons oil.
- Add spinach.
- Put in pressure cooker for 5 to 7 minutes; take off pressure.
- Dry out liquid over high heat.
- Serve over boiled rice.
