Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 c. raw rice
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 6 chicken breast halves (raw)
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Method
- Place
- mixture of
- all ingredients, except chicken and dry onion soup,
- in a 9 x 13-inch pan or glass casserole.
- Top with the
- chicken breasts (raw).
- Sprinkle dry onion soup over the chicken;
- cover
- tightly
- with foil.
- Do not uncover until baked for 2 hours in a 350° oven.
