Ingredients

  • 1 large can chunk white chicken or 3 to 4 chicken breasts, boiled, deboned and cut into chunks
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (any variety)
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 2 Pillsbury All-Ready pie crusts (dairy case)

Method

  • Mix chicken, vegetables, soup and cheese.
  • Place bottom crust into pie plate according to instructions.
  • Place chicken mixture on top of crust.
  • Cover with second crust.
  • Press crust edges together and trim excess.
  • Place several slits in top crust and bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes, until crust is brown.
