Ingredients
- 1 large can chunk white chicken or 3 to 4 chicken breasts, boiled, deboned and cut into chunks
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (any variety)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
- 2 Pillsbury All-Ready pie crusts (dairy case)
Method
- Mix chicken, vegetables, soup and cheese.
- Place bottom crust into pie plate according to instructions.
- Place chicken mixture on top of crust.
- Cover with second crust.
- Press crust edges together and trim excess.
- Place several slits in top crust and bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes, until crust is brown.
