- 8 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. lemon and pepper seasoning salt
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 8 lemon slices
- 1 c. cooking sherry
- juice of 2 lemons
- fresh parsley (to garnish)
Method
- Coat chicken breasts with flour and seasoned salt.
- Saute chicken with oleo and oil, adding more if needed.
- Transfer cooked breasts to a platter.
- Squeeze lemon juice over them.
- Keep warm until served.
