Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 cubes chicken bouillon
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 c. cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. pimiento
Method
- In saucepan, melt butter; add bouillon.
- Stir in flour and seasoning. Add milk and lemon juice.
- Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened.
- Stir in chicken, celery, pimiento and all but 2 tablespoons pecans.
- Heat well.
- Trim with nuts.
- Yields 8 servings.
