Ingredients
- 4 to 8 chicken breasts
- water
- salt and pepper
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 to 2 large carrots, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- fully prepared cornbread
Method
- Cook chicken.
- Debone.
- Cook carrots, onion, celery, salt and pepper in broth.
- Cook until done.
- Use strained broth for sauce.
