Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3 chicken leg quarters, boiled
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can water
Method
- Mix rice and 2 cans of soup.
- Place in casserole dish.
- Place leg quarters on top. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
