Ingredients

  • 2 lg. chicken breasts or possibly 4 legs and thighs, cooked and cubed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (13 ounce.) can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 (16 ounce.) jar Cheez Whiz
  • 1 (16 ounce.) bag egg noodles
  • 1 can peas, liquid removed

Method

  • Heat soup, lowfat milk and cheese.
  • Boil noodles and drain.
  • Mix soup with noodles, peas and chicken.
  • Put in large casserole dish.
  • Top with crushed crackers.
  • Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 min.
