Ingredients
- 10 to 12 chicken thighs
- 6 slice bacon
- 1 small pkg sliced mushrooms
- 1 small pkg baby spinach
- 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzerella
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp Weber Roasted Garlic & Herb seasoning
Method
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Spray 9x13 glass baking dish with Pam.
- Layer thighs spreading them out so they lay flat.
- Lay each slice of bacon over the tops.
- Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove and place a layer spinach (to your taste) and a layer of mushrooms over the meat.
- Mix up the olive oil, wine & seasoning in a blender.
- Pour over everything, cover with foil and bake another 15 minutes.
- Uncover and sprinkle cheese over the top and bake another 5-10 minutes or until cheese melted and bubbly.
