Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 stick butter
- 5 to 6 green onions
- 1 carton fresh mushrooms
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 2 cans water chestnuts
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Brown chicken in butter until done. Remove chicken from pan. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 15 minutes on low heat. Add chicken to pan and serve over white rice.
