Ingredients
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 onion
- 1 Tbsp. garlic
- 1 lb. elbow macaroni
- 1 bottle spaghetti sauce
- shredded cheese
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
Method
- In skillet, brown hamburger, onion and garlic.
- In a 3-quart saucepan, heat water until boiling.
- Add vinegar and macaroni; cook until tender.
- Add macaroni to hamburger and spaghetti sauce. Simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to avoid sticking. Sprinkle cheese on top and serve.
