Ingredients

  • 1 chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can minced green chilies
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • Grated cheese
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 sm. can evaporated lowfat milk

Method

  • Boil chicken and debone.
  • Mix soups, lowfat milk, and chilies together.
  • Add in chicken.
  • Dip tortillas in chicken broth to soften.
  • Then layer in a casserole dish.
  • Add in layer of soup mix then grated cheese.
  • Add in another layer of tortillas then soup mix then cheese.
  • Cook at 350 degrees till bubbly.
