Ingredients
- chicken pieces
- 1 c. Minute rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
- 1/2 to 3/4 soup can clear dry wine (Sauterne)
Method
- Mix last 4 ingredients and put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Lay chicken pieces on top.
- Dot with butter on each piece of chicken.
- Bake at 350° for 60 minutes.
