Ingredients
- 2 cans hominy, drained
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
Method
- Saute onion in margarine.
- Add hominy and chilies.
- Simmer 10 minutes.
- Pour into casserole dish and grate 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese on top of casserole.
- Bake approximately 15 minutes in a 350° oven or until cheese is melted.
