Ingredients
- 1 (8 or 9-inch) pie shell, browned
- 1 can French onion rings
- 8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 egg
- 9 strips bacon, cooked
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Mix milk, beaten egg, salt, Worcestershire sauce and cheese. Pour 1/2 can onion rings in cooked shell.
- Pour egg and cheese mixture over onion rings.
- Add crumbled bacon and remaining onion rings.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.
