Ingredients
- 1 kilogram chicken liver
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 laurel leaves
- 4 cloves garlic
Method
- Wash chicken liver carefully and place in a cooking pan.
- Add all ingredients except sugar. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
- Cover.
- Add sugar and simmer for another 10 minutes or until livers are cooked.
- Do not over cooked the liver.
