Ingredients
- 6 (1/2) boned chicken breasts
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1 pkg. dried beef
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 4 oz. sour cream
Method
- Wrap bacon around chicken breasts.
- Line casserole pan with dried chipped beef.
- Lay chicken breasts on dried chipped beef. Mix mushroom soup and sour cream together.
- Pour mixture over chicken breasts.
- Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
- Cover casserole with foil.
- Good served over rice.
