Ingredients

  • chicken breast, diced
  • cooked lasagna noodles
  • cottage cheese
  • shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1/2 c. green pepper
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms

Method

  • Dice chicken and brown.
  • Layer cooked lasagna noodles, cottage cheese, diced chicken and shredded Cheddar cheese.
  • Repeat layers 2 to 3 times.
  • Saute onion and green pepper.
  • Stir in cream of chicken, milk and mushrooms.
  • Pour over layers and cook at 350° for 30 minutes.
  • Add shredded cheese on top and let melt.
