Ingredients
- 1/2 cup kidney bean, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 roma tomato, diced
- 1 -2 chicken thigh, grilled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- ground black pepper (to taste)
Method
- Combine beans, pepper, tomato, and chicken in a bowl; toss well.
- Drizzle lime juice over mixture and sprinkle on parsley and black pepper.
