Ingredients

  • 1 kg minced chicken
  • 1 1/2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cummin seeds
  • 5 piece pepper corns & cloves
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 piece ground ginger & garlic
  • 4 super long green chillies (slit through the center)
  • 1 tsp tumeric powder
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 or 2 dried red chilli
  • 1/2 cup boiled peas

Method

  • Add the oil to a pot and allow to head.
  • Add pepper corns, cloves, cinnamon stick, cummin seeds and dried red chilli.
  • As soon as they start to sizzle, add the onions and put the heat on low.
  • Let the onions becaome almost golden
  • Add garlic and ginger and stir so that it doesnt stick.
  • Wait for the onions to become a good golden color then add tomatoes.
  • Stir the tomatoes for 1 minute.
  • Add tumeric, salt and the green chillies.
  • Stir until a paste is formed.
  • Now add the chicken and and the peas together.
  • increase the speed.
  • The meat will cook within 5mins but releases a lot of water
