Ingredients
- 2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic powder to taste
- 1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 (12 oz.) can mushrooms
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of asparagus soup
- 1 Tbsp. white wine
Method
- Mix together the sour cream, soup and wine.
- Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
- Place chicken in single layer in pan; sprinkle with seasonings and cheese.
- Top with mushrooms and soup. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
