Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 1/2 to 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 c. sliced Velveeta cheese
Method
- Add chopped onion to ground chuck and brown in skillet. Drain off grease. Add cream of chicken soup and diced cheese. Simmer on low heat 10 to 15 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns.
