Ingredients

  • chicken, cook and remove from bones
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can chopped water chestnuts
  • 1 lb. cooked spaghetti

Method

  • Cook chicken and remove from bones.
  • In large pan, cook oleo, onions, celery and bell pepper until vegetables are limp.
  • Add soups and Velveeta cheese.
  • Add chicken, water chestnuts and cooked spaghetti or serve the spaghetti separately.
