- chicken, cook and remove from bones
- 1 stick oleo
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can chopped water chestnuts
- 1 lb. cooked spaghetti
Method
- Cook chicken and remove from bones.
- In large pan, cook oleo, onions, celery and bell pepper until vegetables are limp.
- Add soups and Velveeta cheese.
- Add chicken, water chestnuts and cooked spaghetti or serve the spaghetti separately.
