Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 2 big onions, sliced fine
- 1 large chicken with or without skin (cut into pieces)
- Salt and pepper
- 3 chopped medium sized tomatoes
- Thyme & chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. ginger/garlic mixture
