Ingredients
- 1 (2 or 3 lb.) chicken, cut up
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 pimientos, chopped
- 3/4 c. water
Method
- Batter chicken with seasoned flour and brown in hot oil. Remove chicken and saute celery and onion.
- Drain excess fat. Add soup, water and pimientos.
- Blend well. Add chicken, cover and bake at 325° about 1 hour. Turn pieces of chicken once while cooking. Serve over rice.
