Ingredients

  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 10 refrigerator biscuits
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped chicken
  • 1/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes

Method

  • Mix together soups, 1 teaspoon onion and water in heavy saucepan.
  • Use biscuits, roll each between wax paper to make 4 to 5 inch circles.
  • Meanwhile, mix the remaining ingredients together. Add 1/4 cup of the mixture to each of the biscuits.
  • Fold biscuits up and seal.
  • Drop into the soup mixture and cook 20 to 30 minutes.
