Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, chunked and cooked
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 to 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can green chiles
  • 1/2 lb. grated Jack cheese
  • flour tortillas

Method

  • Mix chicken, onion and cheese in bowl.
  • In separate bowl, mix soup, sour cream, green chiles and Jack cheese.
  • Fill flour tortillas with chicken mixture and place in greased casserole dish.
  • Spread soup mixture over top and bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • (It seems to always take more time and if prepared early in the day, it'll take longer to heat through).
  • They freeze well.
