Ingredients
- 1 c. cooked chicken, torn into small pieces
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. picante sauce
- 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. 8-inch tortillas
Method
- Mix chicken, soup, picante sauce and 3/4 cup cheese.
- Place 3 to 4 tablespoons in each tortilla.
- Roll and place in ovenproof dish.
- Spread remaining mixture on top, then top with remaining cheese.
- Bake in 350° oven for 20 minutes or microwave 10 minutes on 80% power.
- Serve with lettuce and sour cream.
