Ingredients

  • 1 c. cooked chicken, torn into small pieces
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. picante sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg. 8-inch tortillas

Method

  • Mix chicken, soup, picante sauce and 3/4 cup cheese.
  • Place 3 to 4 tablespoons in each tortilla.
  • Roll and place in ovenproof dish.
  • Spread remaining mixture on top, then top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake in 350° oven for 20 minutes or microwave 10 minutes on 80% power.
  • Serve with lettuce and sour cream.
