- 1 lb. chicken breast, cut up
- 1 small onion
- 1 pkg. Lawry's enchilada sauce (1.62 oz.)
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 3 c. water
- 1 pkg. (10 count) flour tortillas (soft taco shells)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
- lettuce, chopped
- tomatoes, chopped
- sour cream
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a skillet, fry onion in a tablespoon of butter.
- Add chicken.
- Cook until brown.
- Set aside.
