- 2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 small can chopped green chilies (mild)
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- dash of garlic powder
- 12 flour tortillas (medium)
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
Method
- Grease pan.
- Mix on stove over low heat the soup, sour cream, onion, chili powder, garlic powder, green chilies and 1/2 cup of the Cheddar cheese.
- Grease baking dish.
- Place
- chicken inside tortillas and roll up.
- Place half of the mixture in baking dish. Add rolled tortillas across pan.
- Add the remaining mixture over the tortillas and top with cheese.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 25 minutes.
