Ingredients

  • 2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies (mild)
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • dash of garlic powder
  • 12 flour tortillas (medium)
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Grease pan.
  • Mix on stove over low heat the soup, sour cream, onion, chili powder, garlic powder, green chilies and 1/2 cup of the Cheddar cheese.
  • Grease baking dish.
  • Place
  • chicken inside tortillas and roll up.
  • Place half of the mixture in baking dish. Add rolled tortillas across pan.
  • Add the remaining mixture over the tortillas and top with cheese.
  • Bake in a 350° oven for 25 minutes.
