Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1 16 oz. pkg. wide noodles
  • 2 c. Cream of Chicken and Mushroom soup
  • 2 c. Veg-All vegetables, drained
  • 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Cook chicken, cut into small pieces.
  • Boil noodles according to directions on package; drain.
  • Add soup, drained vegetables, chicken and 1 cup cheese.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  • Cover with foil and bake at 375° for 50 - 55 minutes.
