Ingredients
- 1 lb. cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1 16 oz. pkg. wide noodles
- 2 c. Cream of Chicken and Mushroom soup
- 2 c. Veg-All vegetables, drained
- 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cook chicken, cut into small pieces.
- Boil noodles according to directions on package; drain.
- Add soup, drained vegetables, chicken and 1 cup cheese.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake at 375° for 50 - 55 minutes.
