Ingredients
- 1 chicken, cooked and cut up
- 1 tsp. chopped onion
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. cooked long grain rice
- corn flakes
Method
- Mix together.
- Let marinate overnight.
- Top with crumbled corn flakes. Bake 1 hour at 275°.
