Ingredients
- 4 (4 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 4 (1/2 oz.) slices low-fat Swiss cheese
- 4 (1/2 oz.) slices 98% fat-free Danish ham
- cracker crumbs
- salt, pepper and poultry seasoning to taste
Method
- Flatten chicken breasts with mallet. Take 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of ham and roll up in chicken breast.
- Roll chicken in cracker crumbs and seasonings.
- Place in glass baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
- Bake at 325° for 40 minutes or until done.
