Ingredients
- 1 young chicken
- 4 to 5 large onions, sliced thin
- 1 head celery
- 1 lb. sprouts (optional)
- flour
- water
- Kitchen Bouquet
- Chinese noodles
- soy sauce
Method
- Boil chicken and pick off meat.
- Set aside.
- Skim fat from broth.
- Using broth, cook until done.
- Add onions, celery, sprouts and chicken.
- Bring to boil and thicken with flour and water paste.
- Add Kitchen Bouquet to color.
- Serve over Chinese noodles. Pass the soy sauce.
