Ingredients
- 8 chicken breast, skinned
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 pkg. dry stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. melted oleo
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
Method
- Place chicken into greased 9 x 13-inch casserole pan.
- Cover each piece of chicken with a slice of cheese.
- Spread dressing over cheese.
- Pour chicken soup over all.
- Cover tightly.
- Bake for 2 hours at 325°.
- Serves 8.
